VOLUNTEERING
Volunteers from the local community provide many services for Glacier Hills’ residents. One to one services include reading, writing letters, visiting or strolling in our garden. Volunteers
interested in interacting with groups of residents may assist with daily Life Enrichment activities, including exercises, art and music therapy groups. Participation in larger events such as concerts, parties, and holiday decorating also provide the means for enriching the lives of residents. In addition, those interested in serving in a spiritual capacity can find many opportunities on our campus through coordinating with our Chaplain.
The volunteer program at Glacier Hills has achieved a reputation as an integral part of the Ann Arbor community. Our partnerships with local organizations including Ann Arbor Schools, The Neutral Zone, The University of Michigan and dozens more indicate our strong commitment to our greater community.
