The Care and Rehabilitation Center at Glacier Hills has been a leading provider of skilled, compassionate geriatric nursing care since 1973.
Multi-level care is provided each day by experienced Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The nursing staff develops, implements and evaluates personal resident care plans specific to each resident's medical, physical and cognitive condition.
Regular Interdisciplinary Care Conferences are scheduled with the medical professional team, the resident, and family members to discuss expectations, needs, concerns and progress.
