Life·Care Residents
Life·Care residents of Glacier Hills are guaranteed placement in the Care and Rehabilitation Center whenever they have a need. If the admission is following a hospitalization, the Director of Admissions will work with the discharge planner at the local hospital to arrange for admission to the Center.
Community Residents
Individuals from the local community needing a nursing center room should contact our Admissions Coordinator at (734) 769-0177 to discuss the requirements for admission.
