Pricing

Assisted Living residents enter into a Life-care contract with Glacier Hills. Residents pay a Life-care fee and monthly fee (which varies by apartment size). This agreement entitles the resident to lifetime use of the apartment or another living unit, as needed and appropriate to health and the resident's physical condition while at Glacier Hills. There are other important benefits to the Life-care contract. Please review the Life-care page for more detailed information.

Studios and one-bedroom apartments of varying sizes, floor plans and prices are available.
