music on the meadow Residents of The Manor sign a Life-care agreement with Glacier Hills and pay a Life-care fee (which can be partially refundable upon leaving Glacier Hills) and a monthly service fee. These fees are dependent upon the size of the apartment, the number of daily meals and the type of refundable contract selected.

The Manor Life-care agreement guarantees the resident a room in the Nursing Center for care at any time when needed. The Manor residents are charged a daily rate in the Nursing Center that is substantially discounted from the published daily rate charged to residents who enter the Nursing Center from the outside community.
