The Meadows is a new neighborhood to the Glacier Hills community under construction for opening the summer of 2002. This unique neighborhood offers older adults the best of all possible worlds. Here, "have to" is replaced by "want to." Tedious chores and tasks disappear, giving you the time to enjoy a wide array of activities and to live life in a less encumbered way.

An Array of Elegant Homes

Artist's rendering of villa

Single story homes featuring fireplaces, attached garages and patios.

Handsome brick facades and arched windows, wide sidewalks and tree-lined avenues, gardens and gazebos create a welcoming place where each home is designed with care and built with integrity.

The two-bedroom villas feature private entrances, full-size kitchens, gas fireplaces, and attached 2-car garages. Each villa also has its own laundry room and private patio and garden area.

Artist's rendering of apartment building

Three floors of apartment homes with dining areas and activity spaces over underground parking.

Those who prefer apartment living can choose from spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, some with studies. Apartments feature full-size kitchens, laundry rooms and heated underground parking.

Within this neighborhood of elegant villas and spacious apartment homes, you'll have the privacy and autonomy to pursue you own interests, but you'll also be part of a vibrant community. You'll have the freedom to live an active, independent life with the security of knowing that a complete continuum of care is as close as Glacier Hills.
