Dining
The menus are carefully planned by our Registered Dieticians in conjunction with the management team of the Dining Services Department. Meals are tastefully prepared, beautifully presented and nutritious. Each individual Nursing Center resident’s specific dietary needs and requirements are carefully met, whether on a salt-free diet or requiring mechanical soft foods. Individual taste preferences are paid attention to so that residents with a liking for ice cream, for example, receive this tasty treat frequently (every day if they like), while those who dislike a particular food receive a substitute. Residents having guests or private parties can easily request individual guest meals or small-group catered meals. Our Executive Chef is glad to help arrange special parties and meals for any occasion. |
