Life-care Residents
Life-care residents from Glacier Hills are guaranteed placement in the Nursing Center whenever they have need. If admission is directly from The Manor, staff from the Life-care Services Department takes care of the details. If the admission is following a hospitalization, staff and the Nursing Center Admission Coordinators work with the discharge planner at the local hospital.
Community Residents
Individuals from the community needing a Nursing Center room should contact one of our Admission Coordinators. The Admission Coordinators can discuss with you the requirements for admission. The following steps are helpful to gain information and to complete the admission process:
- Call to speak with an Admission Coordinator - 734/769-0177
- Complete an application (optional) - It helps us understand your needs and assists us in providing the best placement for you
- Provide medical information - we will help you determine what you need based on your medical situation
- Schedule a personal interview to ensure the best placement
