 The Glacier Hills Nursing Center has been a leading provider of compassionate, skilled, geriatric nursing and restorative care since 1973 in southeastern Michigan. Glacier Hills Nursing Center provides a full continuum of care for its residents that includes long-term care.
Multi-level care is provided 24 hours each day by experienced Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Competency Evaluated Nursing Assistants (CENAs). The nursing staff develops, implements and evaluates personal resident care plans specific to each individual’s medical, physical and cognitive condition. Frequent Interdisciplinary Care Conferences are scheduled with the medical professional team, the resident, and family members to discuss expectations, needs, concerns and progress. |
