Residents of The Manor sign a Life-care contract with Glacier Hills and pay a Life-care fee and monthly service fee. This agreement entitles the Life-care resident to a room in the Nursing Center when needed.

Life-care residents are charged a daily rate in the Nursing Center that is substantially discounted from the daily rate charged to residents who enter the Nursing Center from the outside community.
